II. Components and mechanism
     Single rotor impact crusher consists of shell assembly, rotor assembly, back breaker plate, front breaker plate, lower frame assembly. The motor drives the rotor by hydraulic coupling, so the rotor rotates at a high speed. There are front and rear impact plates in the upper shell, and material breaks because of the impact of the high-speed-rotating breaker bar when the material enters. Broken material hits the front impact plate with high kinetic energy, breaks, rebounds back to the rotor, breaks again, flies to the impact room at high speed and repeats. When crushed grains diameters are less than the opening of the rotating radius of the breaker bar and the rear breaker plate, they are discharged as qualified products.
     Double rotor impact crusher can be seen as two single rotor impact crushers using in cascade, one for coarse crushing and the other for fine crushing. It can be used for coarse, intermediate and fine crushing equipment. It usually consists of two rotors with a certain difference of height, shell assembly, and breaker plates of the first stage and second-stage impact rooms.

Jaw Crusher Operating principle:

This jaw crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.

      Spring cone crusher is suitable to crush various kinds of ores and rocks of medium or above medium hardness. Compared with jaw crusher, Spring cone crusher is of stable structure, high efficiency, easy adjustment, and economical using etc. The spring safety system of crusher acts as an overloading protection system that allows metals to pass through the crushing chamber so as not to damage the cone crusher. The safety system uses dry oil and water as two kinds of sealed formation to make plaster powder and engine oil separated to make sure reliable performance. This type of crushing chamber depends upon the size of feeding and fineness of the crushed product. The standard type (PYB) is applied to medium crushing, the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head type is applied to fine crushing.

         Working Principle:

         Spring Cone Crusher crushes materials by the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. So it is more advanced and efficiency than jaw crusher. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces, when the cone leaves, grinded materials is discharged from the discharge hole. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole, consequently the output size is determined.

Process of stone production line:

Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customers specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.
