Cone Crusher Structure & Operation Principles
The cone crusher or gyratory crusher consist of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjustingdischarge opening. During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wallis close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. Impact Crusher Operating principle:
This impact crushes materials with impact force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. The size and shape of the finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor support. The machine employs self-weigh security device in its back frame. When other objects enter the impact cavity, they will be forced out of the machine by the impact rack in the front and back of the machine.

Working Principle:
The electric motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw plate do periodic movement to the fixed jaw plate surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate enlarges when the moving jaw plate moves up. So the moving jaw plate is closes to the fixed jaw plate. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate decreases when the moving jaw plate moves down. The moving jaw plate moves away from fixed jaw plate by the pulling of rod and spring. The products such as stone after be crushed will be discharged from the outlet.
